5 Things to Consider before Listing

It takes more than throwing on a fresh coat of paint, snapping some pics, and slapping your house up on the MLS to get it sold for top dollar. Hi, I'm Amanda Oldfield with eXp Realty. And I have five things you should consider before getting your house up on the market.
One is exposure. The more eyes you can get on your listing, the more return you'll get on your home. 67% of people will walk through a home they see online, according to the National Association of Realtors.
So I use digital marketing to make sure we get your house in front of as many people as we can and, retargeting, make sure that we get it in front of the people who have already expressed interest in homes like yours in your area.
Number four is negotiating. You want to hire someone you know can negotiate on your behalf for the best terms and the most money. Another stat from NAR is that the average realtor sells only two homes a year. Having transacted well over 200 homes, I've been in the trenches and I know how to work hard to get the most money for you.
Last thing to consider: price, condition, and location. All three of these things really factor into how quickly your home is going to sell. And you need to know how to make it spruced up ahead of time to get it all ready to go. All of these things will make a big impact on how much money you can get from your home. You need to hire a great Realtor who can digitally market it and negotiate well on your behalf, who also understands how pricing and location and upgrades play into getting your home sold quickest for the most money.
I'm Amanda Oldfield with eXp Realty and I'm here to help.
Have a great day.
