Real Estate update for 100 Mile House area

Would you like to know what's going on in the 100 Mile market? Is it a good time to sell? Is the market going to crash? What should people be doing with their homes? These are questions I get asked a lot, and I know it can be confusing with all the constant changes in the market to know what the best decision for your family's going to be.

I understand. I've been in the industry for over a decade, and I'm here to help you navigate it. I've done over 200 transactions. When answering these questions, it's always a great idea to look at what the experts are saying. So first off, according to real estate experts, anytime you have an inventory of four months or less, you're in a seller's market, six months or more, that's a buyer market. Let's have a look at what's happening here in 100 Mile House locally.

At the time of this recording, at the end of April, we have 114 active homes on the market. The average time to sell is 28 days and in the beginning of April, up until now, we've sold 24 homes. So that's four months' worth of inventory. What we're seeing on the ground is there's huge pent-up buyer demand, and anything that's priced well is selling within that first three-week time period, as we're seeing in the average days on market. So is now still a good time to sell? Absolutely.
