I've got a quick look for you at what's going on in the Interlakes real estate market right now.
Currently, Bridge Lake Sheridan Lake has got 1.8 months worth of inventory and out at Deka it's 2.8 months worth of inventory. Both of those are still firmly in the seller's market territory.
Bridge Lake and Sheridan Lake there are three lots for sale right now under $100,000, but out at Deka there was only one left under $100,000. When we look at getting onto the waterfront into a cabin Deka's got a couple out at Higgins Lake, It's a smaller Lake that are under 300,000.
In the Bridge Lake Sheridan Lake area the cheapest two are out on West Sheridan forest service road, both under 450. So cheap waterfront cabins and cheap waterfront lots are both pretty hard to come by right now in the area.
Our median days on market for the last month's worth of sales were 13.
So if you're a buyer looking to get into it, you need to be ready to jump when stuff hits the market.
Things are selling still in the first couple of days that they hit the market. If you're a seller still thinking about selling, it's a great time.
