3 Things to do for every showing

The showing is booked, the Buyers are coming to look, and there are three things you should do to make sure your house shows its best.
First thing is lighting. Turn on all the lights, turn on all the lamps, open all of the curtains. The more lighting you can get into your place the better it will look every time.
Next is toilet seats. Put your toilet seats down. Close the lid. Toilets aren't very pretty, but they look much better with those lids closed.
Third thing is how does it smell? Your litter boxes have to be clean and you've got to take out the garbage. Opening the doors and windows and giving it a good airing out is great if the season's right, and I recommend not using heavy air fresheners and scents. I don't like most of them, and who knows what the Buyers will like.
So, your showing's coming, make sure you've got your lights on, toilet seats down, and your house smells good.

If you'd like a full list of things you can do to make sure your house is show ready, shoot me a note. I've got one of those and I'm happy to help.
